You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery via email or phone.
Note: Custom orders, engraved products, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

We will reject the return and send the item back to you if:

The product is damaged, worn, or altered.

The returned item is fake, tampered, or not the same as what we delivered.

The certification or original packaging is missing or altered.

The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

All returned products are subjected to a strict quality check by our experts before refund/exchange is approved. The process may take 3β5 working days after receiving the product.
