At Diamral Jewels LLP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the jewelry is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, the product must include the original tags, authenticity certificate, invoice, and packaging, including the box. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via email or phone.Please note that custom-made items, engraved jewelry, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: if the item is damaged, worn, altered, counterfeit, or not the original product sent; if any component like the certificate or packaging is missing or tampered with; or if the return request is made after the 7-day window.To initiate a return, email us at support@diamral.com or call us at +91-9428444290 with your order ID and reason for return. Once your request is verified, we will arrange a secure reverse pickup through our logistics partner. After receiving the item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the product’s authenticity and condition.If the return passes our inspection, you will have the option to receive a refund as per our Refund Policy, or choose store credit or an exchange for another product. Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving the product for the inspection and processing to be completed.Returns that are missing the original invoice or authenticity certificate will not be accepted, and Diamral Jewels LLP reserves the right to reject any return that fails to meet our quality standards.
