Refund Policy - DIAMRAL JEWELS
At Diamral Jewels LLP, we are committed to delivering 100% original, hallmarked, and high-quality diamond jewelry. Every piece is carefully crafted and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that online orders may sometimes require a return. Due to the premium and sensitive nature of our products, we maintain a strict quality-check-based refund policy.Refunds are issued only after receiving and thoroughly verifying the returned product. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all tags, certificates, and packaging. The product must be exactly as originally delivered—unaltered and authentic in every way. Please note, refunds will not be issued under the following conditions: if the item shows signs of use or damage, if it differs from the original product sent (such as imitations or altered items), if any essential components like the certificate or packaging are missing or tampered with, or if the return is not initiated within 7 days of delivery. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@diamral.com with your order ID and reason for return. Once approved, we will arrange a secure reverse pickup. After we receive the returned item, it will go through a detailed inspection by our quality control team. If the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. If the product fails the inspection or is found to be damaged, altered, or fake, the refund will be denied and the item will be returned to you.To ensure a smooth refund process, please pack the jewelry securely in its original box along with all original bills, tags, and certificates. Take care to prevent any tampering or transit damage. The final decision regarding the approval or rejection of any refund lies solely with the Diamral Jewels LLP Quality Control Team, and their decision will be considered final and binding.
